What is the difference between coaching and therapy?
Both coaches and therapists are wonderful and can help you live a better life. Therapists generally focus on your entire life, unpacking your past and anticipating your future. Coaches help you navigate a localized are of your to reach specific goals. Many of Angie’s clients are in couples and/or individual therapy in addition to coaching.
What does a typical coaching session look like?
Most sessions will take place over Google Hangout and will last approximately 60 minutes. We’ll start by getting a sense of your current situation, barriers and goals for our work together. At the end of each hour, we will talk through next steps and actions to keep you moving forward between sessions. At the conclusion of our work together, we’ll recap our progress & identify how you can best leverage what you’ve learned as you move onward in life.
