Every woman I work with moves through three natural phases. Not a curriculum — more like a coming back to yourself that happens in a particular order, because it has to.

Come Home

Before anything else, we get quiet enough to hear yourself think. We look at your values, your history, your body, and what your instincts have been trying to tell you that your brain keeps talking you out of.

This is the foundation everything else is built on.

Expand

Once you know yourself, you can start holding more. Both things can be true. The hard parts don't have to disappear for the good parts to exist. We build a self that's big enough to contain all of it at once — the exhaustion and the wanting, the grief and the curiosity.

Flow

This is where pleasure stops being a goal and starts being a practice. No urgency, no performance, no finish line. Small change is big change. You will never run out of pleasure in your life — we just have to clear enough space for it to move.

What this work actually looks like.

We meet weekly or every other week for 60-minute virtual sessions. I bring a lens that looks at the whole picture — your body, your nervous system, your history, your relationships, your life. You bring whatever is true for you that week.

Between sessions I give you something small and specific to try. Not homework in the dreadful sense. More like an experiment. Something that fits inside your actual life.

A self-paced introduction to the foundational work. Four lessons, a workbook, and guided emails from me along the way. A lot of my coaching clients started here first.

Is this like therapy?

I have an MA in Counseling, but coaching is different. We're not processing the past — we're building something new. A lot of my clients see a therapist and work with me at the same time. The two things complement each other well.

Do I have to be in a relationship?

Not at all. Self-intimacy is the foundation of everything else. This work is for you, regardless of your relationship status.

Are my sessions confidential?

Yes, completely. I won't share anything about our work together, and I won't even confirm that we're working together without your permission.
